Are all integrations included in the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every integration in the LaunchControl Marketplace is included in your subscription at no extra cost. Some partners still require you to have your own account or licence, such as LKQ Euro Car Parts, Bond International, Xero, HaynesPro, and ServiceSplit, but the LaunchControl integration itself is always included.

Can I claim rebates for ordering parts through the LKQ Euro Car Parts integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you order parts through the LKQ Euro Car Parts integration in LaunchControl, your purchases are tracked against your existing LKQ ECP account. Any rebates, trade discounts, or loyalty benefits you have agreed with LKQ ECP still apply exactly as they would if you ordered directly. For many garages, the LKQ ECP rebate alone can cover the entire cost of the LaunchControl subscription. You will need an existing LKQ Euro Car Parts account to use this integration.

Can I order tyres through LaunchControl?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LaunchControl integrates with Bond International, allowing you to search availability and order tyres directly from a job card. You will need an existing Bond International account to place orders. Your trade pricing applies automatically.

Question 4

How does the Xero integration work?

Accepted Answer

LaunchControl syncs sales invoices, sales receipts, and purchase invoices with Xero in both directions. Payment status updates flow back into LaunchControl in real time, so you always know what has been paid. You also get deep links from the app straight into Xero for quick navigation between the two systems.

Do I need a separate HaynesPro account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will need a HaynesPro licence to use the integration. You can either purchase HaynesPro directly or use a licence supplied through LKQ Euro Car Parts. If you already have a HaynesPro account purchased through LKQ ECP, we can reuse your existing licence at no extra cost.

What is ServiceSplit and how does it work with LaunchControl?

Accepted Answer

ServiceSplit is our sister company that lets you create and manage service plans for your customers. You can generate plans directly from LaunchControl using HaynesPro service schedules and LKQ ECP parts pricing to build them quickly. You need your own ServiceSplit account to get started. Sign up at servicesplit.com.
